You own your data. We use it to run CycleCare for you.
We never sell your personal data, and we never expose your individual bike history to anyone unless you explicitly share it (ownership transfer or a history report you request).
We do use aggregated, anonymized statistics (never traceable to you) to improve the product and understand motorcycle maintenance trends, and de-identified content to build features like manual Q&A. Details in sections 5–8.
By accessing or using CycleCare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
CycleCare is a motorcycle maintenance tracking tool that helps you log mileage, track part wear, and manage service records. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Wear calculations and service alerts are advisory only and do not replace professional mechanical inspection. CycleCare is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from reliance on the application's calculations or recommendations. Always follow your motorcycle manufacturer's maintenance schedule and consult a qualified mechanic.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into CycleCare. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data for the purpose of providing the application's functionality, and as described in sections 6–8 below. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
We may aggregate and anonymize usage data (for example: service intervals across all bikes of a given model, part lifetime statistics, regional maintenance patterns) and use it for product improvement, industry research, and commercial insights. Aggregated data never identifies you, your account, or your individual motorcycle, and cannot be traced back to you.
Documents you upload to the shared community library (such as owner and service manuals) are made available to other users under the library's terms, with moderation. Documents and media you keep private (service records, receipts, photos) stay private and are never shared without your explicit action.
We may use de-identified content — community library documents and anonymized maintenance patterns — to train and evaluate features such as manual question answering and service-interval suggestions. Personal identifiers are removed before any such use. Your private documents are not used to train models.
We may modify these terms. On a material change we will prompt you in the app to review and accept the updated terms; the version you accepted is recorded on your account. Continued use of the service after accepting constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
