To request complete deletion of your CycleCare account and all associated data, send an email to support@cyclecare.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include the email address associated with your CycleCare account so we can locate your data.
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also remove CycleCare's access to your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and removing CycleCare from the list. This revokes our access to your Facebook data but does not delete your CycleCare account — you still need to send the email above for full data deletion.
